Principal AI Consultant

• Establish and champion a clear vision for AI, aligning modern engineering, data, and cloud capabilities with evolving client and market needs
• Lead and contribute to complex RFP and pre-sales engagements
• Shape compelling propositions and translate client challenges into differentiated solutions
• Oversee the successful delivery of strategic technology programmes, ensuring measurable business value and long-term client impact
• Act as a senior ambassador for esynergy by building executive-level relationships, unlocking new opportunities and strengthening the company's market reputation
• Foster a high-performing community that encourages shared learning and continuous capability development

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior digital, technology or transformation leadership roles, with breadth across software, data, cloud and AI
• Strong track record in RFP, bid and pre-sales environments, with the commercial acumen to shape winning propositions
• Experience in both business development and delivery of complex AI/ML projects
• Ability to design and build AI products, platforms and reusable accelerators in support of the esynergy AI Practice proposition
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and credibility to influence senior executives and diverse technical audiences
• A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of governance, risk and responsible technology adoption
