Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of sales to join their team.

The main purpose of this Head of sales role is to have responsibility for delivering a £5m sales target, developing a high-performing sales pipeline, winning new business and maximising revenue from existing and prospective customers

In return, our client is offering a salary of £60k Plus commission and Bonus Package depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5pm

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take full accountability for achieving the £5m annual sales target.
• Develop clear regional sales plans, forecasts and growth strategies.
• Lead the identification, targeting and acquisition of high-value new customers.
• Build and maintain a strong network of senior decision-makers and commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement, satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, coach and develop the regional sales team, where applicable.
• Regularly review individual and team performance and implement improvement plans where required.
• Manage the commercial performance of the region, balancing revenue growth with profitable sales
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure successful delivery of new business.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven senior sales/business development experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding significant sales targets.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.
• Full UK drivers Licence
