Job description

With 1,900+ team members across 25+ studios and 20+ countries, we partner with some of the world's most recognised brands to solve complex business challenges through design, strategy and craft.

We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Brand & Packaging team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a portfolio of well-loved food and snacking brands, delivering projects that span branding & packaging, eCommerce and lifestyle photography. The work is highly visual, consumer-focused and centred around helping brands connect with shoppers both on shelf and online.

As Project Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the team, bringing together Client Service, Creative, Operations and Production to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

We're looking for someone who enjoys the pace and energy of agency life. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery, problem solving and keeping projects moving. You'll build strong relationships with your team, working within a friendly, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

As part of a growing global agency, you'll benefit from excellent career development opportunities whilst working alongside some of the most talented people in the industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage projects from brief through to final delivery
  • Successfully manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Build project plans, timelines and workflows
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to brief
  • Identify risks and resolve issues before they impact delivery
  • Lead project status meetings and communicate progress clearly
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers and reporting
  • Support process improvements across the team
  • Support your Account team on a daily basis with admin related tasks

Ideally you'll have:

  • 4-5+ years previous project management experience within a branding, packaging or creative agency
  • A strong understanding of packaging design and production processes (design to print)
  • Knowledge of print production methods, including Flexo, Litho and Gravure
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, practical and solutions-focused mindset
  • The confidence to work independently and take ownership of delivery
  • An interest in consumer brands, FMCG, food or snacking categories

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Pension
  • Healthcare scheme
  • Life Assurance
