Legal services are regulated, and we work through an authorised and regulated solicitors’ firm called Taylor Rose.


Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant Paralegal role based in Radlett. The role involves supporting solicitors and legal professionals with day-to-day case management, including preparing and organizing legal documents, forms, and correspondence. Responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and maintaining case files and databases. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will communicate with clients, courts, and other stakeholders, schedule appointments and hearings, and assist with drafting letters and basic legal documents. The role also includes administrative tasks such as tracking deadlines, managing incoming documentation, and ensuring compliance with firm procedures.

Qualifications


  • Experience in Law, including knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations preferred
  • Litigation experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
  • Relevant qualifications, including a degree in Law or equivalent legal experience for paralegal candidates
