We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Head of Sales to lead their successful Chichester office.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Chichester branch team, delivering exceptional results and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop the branch team to achieve and exceed targets
• Create a culture of high performance, accountability and exceptional customer service
• Inspire and motivate those around you, leading by example
• Drive market share and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain consistently high standards across the branch
• Use strong commercial awareness to analyse performance and maximise opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure their property journey is as seamless as possible
