  • Take ownership of significant tax projects, managing scope, risk, budgets, and delivery
  • Drive business development through networking, client engagement, and identifying new advisory opportunities
  • Play a key role in shaping the strategy and growth of the Corporate Tax service line
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a strong advisory-led culture
  • Work closely with Partners and other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions

What We Are Looking For:

  • Must currently be working within a professional services firm in the UK
  • Strong Corporate Tax and International Tax experience, with a broad understanding of complex UK and cross-border tax matters
  • Strong advisory experience, with the confidence to lead complex projects and manage senior client relationships
  • Commercially minded, with a proven interest in business development and growing client relationships
  • CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must be an ambitious, people-focused leader with a clear desire to progress towards Partner
