Were recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a busy Contract Catering operation in Leicestershire , supporting a major long:term project.

This is a fantastic Monday:to:Friday opportunity to take full ownership of a high:volume catering operation serving around 500 customers daily , with excellent stability and genuine career progression.

Salary and Benefits

The Operation

• Major long:term project.
• Around 500 customers daily.
• Team of 6:8 on site.
• Fresh breakfast and lunch service.
• Daily menus and Grab and Go.
• Themed food days and promotions.
• Client:facing environment with plenty of ownership.

The Role

• Lead the day:to:day catering operation.
• Manage and develop the site team.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage budgets, labour and food costs.
• Drive sales, service and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver site engagement and food initiatives.

About You

• General Manager or experienced Catering Manager.
• Contract Catering or B and I background.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Confident managing client relationships.
• Hands:on, organised and reliable.
