We are a small business and this is a pivotal role encompassing more than just day to day logistics and operations.

The Operations & Customer Support Coordinator Maternity Cover

Full-Time | Office-Based | Islington

You will be the first port of call for all day-to-day order processing and customer service.

This is a Maternity Cover role with future potential.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer orders, deliveries, and logistics
• Creating accurate invoices and records across systems
• Maintaining stock accuracy and coordinating with our warehouse
• Providing excellent customer support via phone and email
• Supporting sales staff in preparing tasting notes, menus, wine lists and labels
• Preparing and packing wine boxes for online clients
• Simple website updates and email communications

About You

• At least 1 year's experience in a customer service, order processing or operations role
• A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to work in a small, but busy office
• The ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities
• Flexible, proactive, and a team player
• An interest in wine, hospitality, or customer service would be an advantage

Salary: £32,000 with salary review after 3 months

Office Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Holidays: 28 including bank holidays. 1 day off for your birthday
