Approx. 3-month assignment (until no later than December 2026)

40 hours per week

Office based

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis. This role will provide essential administrative support across employee records, compliance projects, reporting activities, and HR operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and documentation, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

HR Records & Document Management

  • Review, organise, audit, and digitise employee personnel files
  • Scan, index, and upload documentation into HR systems and document repositories
  • Check employee files for accuracy and completeness, identifying any missing information
  • Maintain audit logs and document inventories
  • Support records retention, archiving, secure storage, and document disposal processes

Compliance & Reporting

  • Assist with HR compliance and audit-related projects
  • Support statutory reporting activities through data gathering, validation, and tracking
  • Ensure employee information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and support data reconciliation activities

HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support for employee leaver processes
  • Prepare HR documentation and maintain case records
  • Assist with invoice administration and supplier tracking
  • Support the wider HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to manage large volumes of information accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using HR systems, ideally Workday, would be advantageous
