HGV Class 2 Driver

Job description

Uniserve, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated and skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join the team. Drivers play a key role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of products to customers. Salary: £36,414annual
Bonus: Performance-related bonus of up to £2,000 per year, paid quarterly
Key Responsibilities:
Complete daily vehicle checks in line with company procedures to ensure roadworthiness
Report vehicle defects immediately, following company protocols
Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles
Report customer complaints promptly to the Transport team
Ensure compliance with all current EU road transport regulations
Secure freight safely for transit and avoid overloading by weight or capacity
Carry out additional on-site duties when not driving
Key Skills & Experience:
Multi-drop experience
Valid HGV/LGV Class 2 licence (minimum 1 year)
Valid DCPC card
Digital tachograph card
No more than 6 points on licence
Previous commercial driving experience
