StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers for ongoing work in Sherburn in Elmet. We're looking for professional and motivated drivers for both AM & PM shifts, with immediate starts available. This is a well-organised operation offering consistent weekly bookings, and opportunities for full-time positions.
Pay Rates (PAYE):
Monday-Friday AM: £20.00ph + Holiday
Monday-Friday PM : £20.75ph + Holiday
Saturday: £21.50ph + Holiday
Sunday: £22.25ph + Holiday
Bank Holiday: £23.25ph + Holiday
What the role involves:
PM SHIFT- Start times between 14:00-16:00, store deliveries – manual unload required.
AM SHIFT- Start times between 04:00-06:00, store deliveries – manual unload required.
A fully paid 2-day assessment and induction is required before starting, followed by ongoing block booking opportunities and potential full-time positions.
Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (CE) UK licence held for at least 12 months'
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR, DD or TT convictions)
• Has good communication skills and a professional attitude
