Head of Sales – Unsecured Commerical Loans

Location: Midlands (Hybrid)

Salary: £125,000 + Bonus + £550 Car Allowance + Excellent benefits package

Curated Talent Group are working in partnership with a Midlands business that is expanding its unsecured loan division. We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead, scale and elevate their commercial lending function. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands unsecured business loans and SME creditand knows how to build an manage a high performing sales team.

What you’ll lead

• Growth of their unsecured loan portfolio across the UK
• A team of commercial lending managers and BDMs
• Development of a scalable sales strategy and pipeline
• Strong relationships with brokers, partners and direct SME clients
• Close collaboration with underwriting to deliver fast, high quality decisions

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in unsecured lending / commercial lending
• Leadership experience coaching, developing and driving sales teams
• Strong commercial judgement and credit awareness
• A track record of delivering growth in a regulated lending environment
• Ability to shape strategy while staying hands‑on with key relationships
