Job description

Our client, based in the East Midlands, is a UK subsidiary of an international group that operates in 15 countries. The company provides manufactured products into the supply chain of high street retailers. The UK business has a £15 million turnover and has ambitious plans to double the size of the company over the next 3 years.

The Managing Director will have full responsibility for the commercial performance, operational excellence and long-term growth of the UK business. The role requires a highly commercial (sales led) leader who can accelerate profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships (in particular within its retail and hospitality clients), drive operational improvements and build a high-performing organization.
