Finance Director | PE Backed, High Growth Business | Midlands (home based)

I\'m exclusively retained on a confidential search for a Finance Director for a fast growing, PE backed business with an active buy and build strategy.

This is a genuine dual mandate opportunity. You\'ll report initially to the CFO before transitioning to report directly to the CEO as the CFO moves into a part time Chief Commercial Officer role, with the expectation you\'ll be CFO ready within twelve months.

The business is scaling fast, strong revenue and EBITDA, a live M&A programme with a recent bolt on acquisition, and a clear medium term exit strategy. You\'ll own financial control and reporting, lead due diligence for further acquisitions, and act as a genuine commercial partner to the CEO and wider leadership team.

What \u2019re looking for:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), ideally with prior PE ownership or transaction experience. Experience in a recurring revenue, multi site or services business is helpful but not essential. What matters most is accuracy and rigour, a commercial mindset, and the drive to step up to CFO within the next twelve to eighteen months.
