Bristol City Centre (BS1) | Assembly, near Temple Meads
£38,000 per annum
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility between 8:00am - 5:00pm / 8:30am - 5:00pm)

About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a premium environment?
We're recruiting for an exciting General Manager opportunity within a prestigious, high-end flexible workspace in Bristol city centre. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a newly launched site, overseeing three floors of beautifully designed office space and creating an outstanding experience for clients and visitors alike.
Working alongside a Reception Team, you'll be the face of the business, ensuring the building runs smoothly while building strong relationships with clients, visitors, suppliers and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a premium workspace
- Deliver a first-class customer experience for all clients and visitors
- Manage client onboarding and welcome new businesses into the building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers
- Handle client renewals and account management activities
- Coordinate suppliers and manage external contracts, including cleaning services
- Support health and safety compliance across the site
- Conduct office viewings for prospective clients
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure the building is presented to the highest possible standards at all times
About You
We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. Previous General Manager experience is not essential if you can demonstrate exceptional customer service, relationship management and operational skills.
