A Little More About Your Role…

We are looking for an experienced flood risk specialist to lead, coordinate and deliver technically complex Flood Risk Assessment projects for a wide range of clients. This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within our national Sustainable Water Management team and influence major UK and international infrastructure schemes.

You will work across Flood Risk Assessment, flood modelling, LLFA technical services, Water EIA and wider water environment disciplines. You will also mentor junior colleagues and play a key part in shaping the continued growth of our national team.

We can appoint at Principal or Associate level depending on experience and offer flexibility in location, hybrid working and part-time options.

Why this role is an excellent opportunity

Lead high profile infrastructure projects

You will guide Flood Risk Assessments and related technical inputs for major UK and overseas schemes, including nationally significant infrastructure projects.

Shape and grow our technical capability

You will help develop services across Flood Risk Assessment, Water EIA, permitting, geomorphology, BNG and flood management solutions.

Work as part of a national team

You will collaborate with specialists across the UK, with fair and transparent allocation of project work aligned to your interests and development goals.

Strong client exposure and influence

You will build relationships with major clients such as National Highways, Network Rail, National Grid and Lead Local Flood Authorities.

Support And Mentor Others

You will guide junior colleagues, review technical outputs and contribute to capability development across the team.
