Customer Relations Executive

Sage | Marketing Agency is looking for a Customer Relations Executive

Job description

Customer Relations Executive

Strong business relationships are built through the small things people remember. A clear update. A promise followed through. A conversation where someone feels heard rather than processed. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will help Sage maintain that standard across its customer and client campaigns.

This opportunity is suited to a confident communicator who wants to move into client relations, account support or campaign management. Previous agency experience is not essential. We are more interested in how you communicate, organise information and respond when another person is relying on you.

The position is full time, on site and works across a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

The relationship behind the role

You will learn the purpose, audience and expectations of an assigned campaign. This knowledge will help you communicate accurately with prospective customers, understand recurring feedback and keep internal colleagues informed.

Your work will connect the customer experience with the wider campaign. You may notice that the same question is being raised repeatedly or that an agreed action needs further attention. Recording that information clearly helps the team respond with evidence rather than assumptions.

Your contribution

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Reviewing campaign briefs and confirmed updates.
  • Speaking with prospective customers through in-person activity.
  • Explaining approved services clearly and accurately.
  • Recording outcomes, feedback and required follow-up.
  • Keeping colleagues informed when priorities or information change.
  • Escalating questions that require additional authority or knowledge.
  • Supporting factual preparation for campaign and account reviews.

You will not be expected to negotiate client contracts or make decisions outside your authority. The focus is on representing the campaign professionally, protecting the accuracy of communication and completing the actions assigned to you.

Building your account experience

As you become familiar with the campaign, you will learn how managers review activity, customer feedback and quality. You may support reporting, prepare information for an update or contribute observations that help the team improve its approach.

Development is based on reliability and judgement. Someone who communicates well, understands the account and consistently follows through may be considered for broader campaign responsibilities as the business grows.

Who this role could suit

You may already have experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, reception or project support. You may also be starting your career and looking for a role where strong people skills can develop into commercial and account experience.

You should be approachable, comfortable speaking with different people and willing to check an answer when you are unsure. Good written communication and attention to detail will help you keep information useful for everyone involved.

If you are looking for an opportunity to build trusted relationships and develop your account experience, apply through LinkedIn with your current CV.
