Established in 2001, CDL has been meeting the staffing needs for the Transport & Logistics industry in Bristol and surrounding areas.
We are we looking for:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 Driver for our client in Warmley.
This is a temp to perm position, working Monday to Friday 0700-1600. Although this is a class 1 position, you will be required to drive alternative vehicles like 7.5 tonne or a flatbed van on occasions. An hourly wage of £17.00ph will be paid rising to £19.00ph on completion of the 13 week temp to perm.
The Role:
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Transporting pallets safely and efficiently
- Completing deliveries and collections
- Maintaining a professional manner when representing the company
Job requirements:
- Valid class 1 (category C+E) licence with experience
- Valid CPC and digi card
- Willingness to drive alternative vehicles when required (7.5 tonne and flatbed vans)
- Strong work ethic and excellent reliability
