22.5 Hours per Week (Monday to Wednesday, flexible)
Ongoing Temporary Contract

£24 umbrella hourly

We are seeking an experienced Housing Partner to deliver a proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management service across a local housing patch.

Key responsibilities of the Housing Partner:

  • Managing tenancies and supporting residents throughout their tenancy journey
  • Conducting tenancy audits, property inspections, and estate inspections
  • Resolving neighbourhood and tenancy-related issues
  • Supporting vulnerable customers and working with partner agencies
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service

The successful Housing Partner will have:

  • Previous experience in housing, tenancy, or neighbourhood management
  • Strong communication and case management skills
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and build positive relationships
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
