Counterbalance FLT Driver Temp to Perm

Location: DE24, Derby
Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour
Hours: 6:00am 2:00pm
Shift Patterns: Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy operation based in the DE24 area of Derby.

This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent working hours and the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving and locating stock within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse operations when required
• Completing relevant checks and paperwork
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
• Have previous Counterbalance FLT experience
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Be available for an immediate start
• Be looking for a long-term position

Hours & Pay

Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm

You can choose from the following shift patterns:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Sunday to Thursday

Pay rate: £13.98 per hour
