The business focuses on producing concrete to project requirements and arranging reliable delivery to site using tipper vehicles and associated equipment.

The role

An experienced HGV Class 2 Driver Tipper driver is required to deliver materials safely and efficiently from the Bristol area to customer and construction sites. This is a permanent, daytime position paying £17-19 per hour.

Key responsibilities

Drive and operate an HGV Class 2 tipper vehicle
Deliver materials to scheduled locations across Bristol and surrounding areas
Complete vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues
Follow delivery instructions, site procedures and relevant legal requirements
Safely discharge and manage materials at the delivery point
Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with the transport and site teams
Keep the vehicle clean and presentable

Skills and qualifications

Previous experience as a tipper driver
Appropriate HGV Class 2 driving entitlement
Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
Good knowledge of safe vehicle operation and daily checks
Reliable, punctual and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently while following delivery schedules
Good communication skills and a professional manner
Willingness to follow site safety procedures and work around construction environments
