Job Title: 7.5t Home Delivery Driver

Hiring Company: DHL (Working on behalf of Argos)

Work Location: Mossend (ML1 4UY)

Job Role:

1.Completing multi-drop Home Deliveries into customers' homes

2.Working as part of a 2-person crew (either alongside an experienced drivers mate, or another driver)

3.Delivering a range of bulky household goods (White Goods, furniture, electricals etc.)

4.Completing between 20-30 deliveries per shift

5.Providing excellent Customer Service being friendly when delivering, calling ahead to customers etc.

Requirements for the role:

1.C1 driving license entitlement (7.5t)

2.Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card

3.No more than 6 penalty points (No DD/IN driving offences)

4.Physically fit Lifting aids will be provided along with manual handling training, however the role will require you to lift heavy goods up flights of stairs and into customers' homes.

5.Friendly, polite nature you will be the face of the business!

Shift Times & Pay Rates:

• 0600 start time

• Shift length will vary as the position is Job & Knock Meaning that you finish whenever the deliveries are completed

• Average shift length will be around 10-12 hours

Shift Pattern

• Tuesday till Saturday 06:00 am

• Sunday till Thursday 06:00 am

The position is on a temp-perm contract, meaning that you will work for Magnus Search to begin with before being offered a full-time contract with DHL after 12 weeks of working.

Full-Time Salary: £35k + OTE pa

Initial Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour
