A great opportunity for a residential property solicitor looking for their next move, with genuine scope to progress.

We’re working with an established Liverpool law firm that is growing its Residential Property team following some internal changes.

They’re open to speaking with solicitors at all levels, from NQ through to experienced and senior solicitors; and for the right person, there is even the opportunity to step into a Head of Department position.

You’ll handle a varied residential property caseload, including:

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages

• Transfers of equity

• New build transactions

• Lease extensions

• General residential property matters
