Fairholme is a creative agency specialising in PR and Influencer events, creative consultancy, visual merchandising, campaigns, pop-up, brand activations and creative mailers and more. Fairholme's clients include; Dr. Barbara Sturm, Airbnb, Kérastase, L'Oréal Paris, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Rare Beauty, Kosas, MAC, Trish McEvoy, Dr. Jart+, Kiehl's, Space NK, Missoma, Abercrombie & Fitch, Dedcool, RIMMEL and many more.


Founded in 2021 by Creative Director and Founder of Fairholme, Tony Jack started his career at Estée Lauder Companies working in PR, Communications and Influencer at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, over his five year stint at the beauty giant, Tony worked on the UK & Ireland communications as well as events for press, influencers and consumers.


At Fairholme we’re responsible for creative output, and work with multi-disciplinary client teams across beauty, lifestyle and luxury clients to help bring their creative vision to life. We’re a vibrant and dynamic bunch of creative thinkers spanning creative design, project management, production, social media, content and PR.

The Role:


  • Location: Vauxhall, London UK
  • Working full time, hybrid split between our Vauxhall studio and work-from-home where approved by line manager
  • Hours: (9am - 5:30pm with one hour lunch break) occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for events TOIL will be given
  • Contract: Full Time, 3 months probation
  • Start Date: ASAP (considering any current notice periods)
  • Full-time, £45-55k (Depending on experience)


The role:


Fairholme Studio Ltd. Is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Events Producer to join the team and manage the delivery and production of an exciting portfolio of events, creative projects & 360 campaigns with our clients . Reporting directly to the Founder / Creative Director, this is an exciting, varied role which will give you the opportunity to shape and execute creative impactful events and campaigns in the beauty, lifestyle and luxury sectors.


What you'll do:


  • You’ll manage end-to-end production of events and campaigns from conception to completion. This includes being able to scope projects and make recommendations on design, budget, timelines and production efficiencies
  • Brief in the internal design team to ensure tasks and design assets are delivered smoothly in a timely manner for event collateral and production builds
  • You will work closely with our inhouse design team to bring concepts to life
  • You’ll map the creative workflow into short term and long term plans to deliver smooth project running for our clients
  • You will propose and manage freelance (design /events management) support when required
  • Oversee supplier relationships, making sure we’re getting the best value without sacrificing quality
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure third-party vendors deliver high-quality work aligned with project expectations.
  • You’ll develop and maintain excellent cross-team and client relationships
  • You’ll use sharp negotiation skills to find the balance between managing clients budgets and delivery expectations across a spectrum from £25K-£200k+ projects
  • You’ll be comfortable navigating conflicting priorities, negotiating with multiple project stakeholders and delivering feedback where required
  • You will support with new business pitches and quotes, research, sourcing and development
  • You will complete and deliver project documentation such as: budgets, events schedules, client presentations, RAMS, project timelines, installation schedules and relevant briefing documents
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and skill development
  • You will be required on site at events in London, the UK, Europe and the US, managing the team, clients and suppliers. You will also be responsible for location and venue recce’s


Person specification:


  • You have a strong understanding of the creative work we’re delivering and how long things take across design, print, production
  • You will help to accurately scope tasks and deliver feedback
  • You have extensive project management, production, events and industry experience (across beauty, fashion & lifestyle) and feel comfortable owning the full project process. Ideally you will have a strong supplier network to lean on where needed
  • You are highly organised, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of projects. You will be able to think on feet
  • You’re a creative problem solver who is solution orientated and raises unexpected problems early to ensure success
  • You’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive can-do attitude
  • You’ll be excellent at budget tracking and can be trusted to deliver projects on time and within budget with an awareness of commerciality and profitability
  • You communicate clearly and kindly, which helps you to develop excellent client relationships
  • You have experience working with creative teams and are a pro at understanding and fixing blockers
  • Able to occasionally work out of hours to attend events on site in London (or UK wide) from installation build, derig and post-event reconciliation


Experience:


  • 5 + years managing creative events and multi-disciplinary project management across beauty, fashion, lifestyle campaigns, mailers, experiential activations
  • Ideally you will come from a similar creative events, advertising, marketing/PR agency or will have worked in house brand side in events, marketing, PR teams
  • Able to influence and gain the trust and respect of clients at all levels
  • Experience using Monday.com (our resource and project management tool) as well as Google Drive, Google Sheets etc, iOS, Keynote etc
  • An understanding of design and production processes across the digital and production world with a firm understanding of production timings for creative delivery
  • Extensive experience with events production, asset management and problem solving
