LHH are pleased to be partnering with a highly regarded and ambitious UK law firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established team in Southampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer looking for high-quality work, strong client exposure and the opportunity to progress their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will join an established Commercial Property team advising a varied client base across a range of sectors. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while working alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of commercial property transactions.

Your work will include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
• Landlord and tenant matters.
• Investment and asset management.
• Development and strategic property matters.
• Drafting and negotiating property agreements.
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Providing practical, commercially focused advice.

You will work closely with clients and have the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships, becoming a trusted adviser on their commercial property requirements.

There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, networking and the development of junior members of the team.
