Are you an experienced Project Engineer with a background in manufacturing or engineering? Do you enjoy taking ownership of projects from manufacture through to testing and delivery?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global engineering manufacturer supplying bespoke engineered components to customers across Oil & Gas, Energy and industrial manufacturing.

The Role

As Project Engineer, you’ll sit at the centre of operations, coordinating projects from initial requirements through manufacture, testing and final delivery.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, engineering and production teams, you’ll manage multiple bespoke projects within a technically challenging, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects from manufacture through to delivery
• Manage project schedules, budgets and customer requirements
• Liaise with engineering, production, customers and external suppliers
• Support workshop activities including assembly and testing
• Manage project documentation, quotations and reporting
• Ensure quality and HSE standards are maintained throughout projects

About You

• Experience in Project Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Experience within machining, welding, metallurgy, forging or testing environments is advantageous
• Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
• Hands-on, proactive and customer-focused approach
