Oculus are working with a respected regional law firm seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

This role is perfect for a solicitor with substantial experience looking for long-term career growth and the potential to step into a Head of Department position in the future. The firm prioritises staff retention and invests in developing talent, offering a supportive environment while allowing senior solicitors autonomy over their caseload.

About the Role:

You will lead complex Private Client matters, including estate administration, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, while managing your own cases with independence. The team values clear communication, collaboration, and a proactive approach to client service, with a culture that rewards loyalty and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a wide variety of Private Client cases from start to finish
• Advising clients and drafting all necessary documentation
• Supervising junior team members and supporting departmental development
• Embracing technology to streamline workflows and improve client service
• Contributing to long-term succession planning and the team’s strategic growth
