A highly organised people person, you'll thrive on building relationships both internally and externally. You will also be involved with merchandise production, though this will be a smaller element of the role.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a growing brand within the art world and be pivotal to its success. You will have the opportunity to deploy your excellent organisational skills and production experience in an innovative and ever-evolving business.

Please note, this role will be primarily based on site in our South East London production facility.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all elements of artwork production both in the UK and abroad, managing the full production cycle

• Manage production timelines with exceptional organisation, running multiple projects simultaneously

• Act as a confident, client-facing point of contact, advising clients on how best to achieve the optimal results for their print runs

• Act as the key liaison between production, photography, logistics, and finance teams

• Communicate daily with senior management, providing updates and supporting business-critical decision making

• Proactively question processes and options, bringing analytical thinking to evaluate all avenues

• Make informed recommendations to senior management on production decisions

• Coordinate merchandise production as required

• Play a central role in the planning and execution of art drops

• Review and optimise production processes throughout the business to improve efficiency

• Handle negotiations with suppliers adeptly and commercially

• Work closely with Finance to monitor costs and margins

• Support budget planning and forecasting for production

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in production coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing business

• Strong knowledge of production processes and supply chain management

• Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Client-facing and confident advising on how best to deliver optimal results for print runs

• Strong relationship building skills across all levels

• Excellent degree would be advantageous

• Excellent negotiation ability and commercial awareness

• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate options and make sound recommendations

• Proactive and questioning approach to problem-solving

• Concise and straightforward written and verbal communication

• Experience working with international production and suppliers

• A self-starter who takes the initiative

• Ideally, a genuine passion for prints

What We Offer:

• A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development

• A central, pivotal role at the heart of the business

• A culture of innovation and continuous learning

• Competitive salary and benefits package, including private medical insurance and life assurance
