The Opportunity

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing your specialist market, generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across permanent, contract or interim recruitment.

You'll have the freedom to:

• Develop your own client portfolio across multiple sectors and locations
• Create long-term, strategic client relationships
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Build a personal brand
• Contribute to the continued growth and direction of SF Partners

• Have experience operating a successful 360 recruitment
• Can evidence success in business development and client acquisition
• Enjoy building meaningful client and candidate relationships
• Have a strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle

• Want the autonomy to shape their own future
