Our client, a long-established family-run law practice in Bury, is seeking a proactive and hands-on Practice Manager to play a key role in the smooth running and continued growth of their business.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellent client service. Your remit will include:

  • Overseeing HR, finance, and administrative functions
  • Managing budgets, billing, and supplier relationships
  • Ensuring SRA compliance and maintaining firm policies and procedures
  • Supporting partners with strategic planning and business development
  • Leading and motivating the support team to deliver exceptional service


About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as a Practice Manager (Within a legal environment)
  • Strong organisational, financial, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience of working with Legal Aid would be an advantage
