Family Solicitor (Private Family)
Remote | £55,000 - £58,500 + Bonus + Fully Remote Working
Our client is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its thriving private family team, on a FULLY REMOTE FORMAT.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor (ANY PQE IS ACCEPTED) to join a well-established team handling high-quality privately funded work, with genuine support, progression and flexibility.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedies
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation Agreements
- TOLATA disputes
- Injunctions
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
The team acts for a range of clients, including many high-net-worth individuals, and offers exposure to the full breadth of private family law.
Salary & Benefits
- £55,000 - £58,650 basic salary
- Lucrative bonus scheme linked to cost-paid performance (Bonuses of £13,000+ PER MONTH achieved within the team)
- 24 days minimum annual leave + Bank Holidays
- Additional 3 days' holiday for achieving annual targets
- Dedicated secretarial and support staff
- No networking or business development expectations
- Fully remote working
- 1 Monthly departmental meeting attendance with all travel and accommodation expenses paid by the firm
Remote Working
- This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home on a permanent basis.
- The successful candidate will be required to attend the Northwich office one day per month for a departmental meeting.
- All travel and accommodation costs associated with the monthly meeting will be fully funded by the firm.
- Ongoing support, supervision and training are provided through a highly collaborative team culture and modern technology platform.

About You
- NQ Solicitor to experienced Family Solicitor
- Experience, or a strong interest, in privately funded family law
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Looking for a long-term career move within a supportive, progressive firm
