Customer Service & Order Management Executive

An established international consumer business is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join its London team on a fixed-term contract basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining customer service, order management and logistics coordination within a fast-paced, international environment.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, as well as external warehouse and logistics partners, helping to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments run smoothly and customers receive a high level of service.
A bit about the role
- Manage B2B customer orders from initial receipt through to dispatch, ensuring pricing, customer requirements and relevant regulations are accurately followed
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including transport arrangements and required customs and shipping documentation
- Monitor sales orders against forecasts and highlight any changes or potential issues to the Supply Chain team
- Coordinate customer returns, credit notes, invoicing and order reconciliation, investigating discrepancies where required
- Support international stock transfers and replenishment across multiple locations
- Coordinate inbound stock, warehouse packing and outbound shipments, ensuring system stock and physical inventory remain aligned
- Monitor transport costs, obtain shipping rates and support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and cost effectiveness
A bit about you
- Experience in customer service, order management, logistics or supply chain
- Experience within a consumer, retail, luxury, beauty or premium product environment would be advantageous
- Minimum 1 year of SAP experience is essential, with experience across order, delivery, stock and invoicing processes
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, charts and PivotTables
- Experience working with warehouses, 3PL partners and international shipments is preferred
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of logistics costs and operational efficiency
- Fluent English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous
- Experience with Shopify or warehouse management systems would be beneficial
