Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

Location: London (On-site) Pay Rate: Approx. £50K - £54K per annum)


About the Role We are partnering with a world-leading global technology and e-commerce brand to hire a highly organised Program Coordinator. You will join a fast-paced recruiting organisation, acting as a critical partner in managing hiring activities and building internal relationships. This role requires an organisational subject matter expert who can seamlessly shift gears, manage operational workflows, and coordinate high-volume logistics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage operational workflows and service requests via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution within established SLAs and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Coordinate end-to-end program logistics, including high-volume scheduling, stakeholder communication, and documentation for hiring programs across multiple business units.
  • Create and maintain operational reporting dashboards and provide status updates to offer leadership visibility into key program metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the stakeholder experience through automation.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned programs, providing process guidance and coordinating between program managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits, data validation, and compliance checks to maintain operational excellence.


What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in coordination, high-volume scheduling, administration, logistics, or HR.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage up and deal with senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Resourcefulness, a strong sense of ownership, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in web-based tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Prior experience within a recruiting or talent acquisition function is considered a strong plus.
