Elevation HR are excited to be recruiting for a well-established and growing construction business for a Recruitment and HR Advisor on the outskirts of Driffield on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and play a key role in delivering recruitment and HR support across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll partner with hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment while supporting the wider HR team with onboarding, employee administration and ensuring a positive experience from offer through to employment.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire talent across professional, technical and operational roles.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, coordinating interviews and providing candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter documentation, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate inductions and support new starters throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and administrative support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
  • Attend employee relations meetings, acting as a note-taker and supporting the wider HR team with case management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to HR initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, diversity and continuous improvement.


The Ideal Candidate - To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous recruitment experience within the construction, manufacturing, engineering or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Experience supporting HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the location of the office.
