Location: London (Hybrid) 2 days a week in office

Salary: £110,000 + Benefits/Bonus/allowances

• Architect and deliver the next generation of customer identity and loyalty platforms.
• Stay hands-on — designing, coding, coaching, and setting technical direction.
• Bring AI into the heart of development to boost speed, quality, and creativity.
• Collaborate with digital product, data, and engineering teams to create seamless, personalised user journeys.
• Build and grow a high-performing, inspired tech team.
• Ensure everything is fast, secure, and built to scale.
