Maintenance Manager

Servicing & Maintenance of Heavy Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Plant

Including Production Facilities, Distribution Wherehouse’s, Cold Storage etc

System types:-

• Ammonia
• HFC
• Hydrocarbon
• Co2

Basic overview to include but not limited to:-

• To work closely with the local Service Manager & Other Management Teams around the country.
• Provide Customer & Engineer technical support
• Able to work with electronic systems, knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages inc, Word, Outlook, Excel etc. Working within Service & Maintenance Management System (Training will be provided)
• Provide Holiday cover for Service Manager (Vice Versa)
• Plan Maintenance Visits
• Quote Maintenance Contracts
• Ensure all Engineer Paperwork is completed correctly normally electronic
• Produce Maintenance Checklists (Excel)
• Ensure all FGAS is completed correctly
• Attend Customer Review Meetings
