Senior Solicitor - Dispute Resolution

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading. The successful candidate will handle a varied and challenging caseload of contentious matters, advising a broad range of commercial and private clients. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied and high-quality dispute resolution caseload
• Developing trusted relationships with existing clients and professional contacts
• Playing an active role in the growth and strategic development of the department
• Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
• Working alongside specialists across the firm, including our highly successful Real Estate team
• Playing an active role in business development initiatives and contributing to the continued success and growth of the team

About You:

We are interested in hearing from solicitors who are:

• Qualified Solicitors in England and Wales
• Ideally 6 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience will be considered
• Experienced in managing a dispute resolution caseload
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicators with a client-focused approach
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic team players who are keen to contribute to business development activities
• Interested in contributing to the future leadership and growth of a successful team
• Collaborative, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent client service
