About the Role

Were seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our office-based team. Youll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, introducing our services, and booking high-quality sales appointments for our field sales team. Your ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to generate interest

• Engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers

• Identify customer needs and match them to our solutions

• Book qualified sales appointments

• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up activity

• Work towards achievable weekly and monthly targets

• Confident, clear telephone manner

• Positive, resilient attitude

• Ability to handle objections professionally

• Strong organisational skills

• Previous telesales or appointment-setting experience is beneficial but not essential but you must have some phone sales experience
