Looking for flexible Support Worker shifts in Weymouth?

Hunts Recruitment is expanding our team of Support Workers to provide day and waking night cover for established care and support services across the Weymouth area.

We have full and part-time hours available, with shifts offered on a flexible, as-and-when-needed basis.

Whether you're looking for regular agency hours, additional shifts alongside another job, or simply want more control over when you work, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Can Offer
  • £13.25£14.25 per hour

  • Waking night shifts

  • Full and part-time hours

  • Flexible, as-and-when-needed agency work

  • Regular ongoing shifts where available

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll be working within residential and supported living services, providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with a variety of support needs.

Depending on the service, your role may include:

  • Supporting individuals with everyday living

  • Promoting independence, choice and dignity

  • Providing practical and emotional support

  • Supporting activities and community engagement

  • Following individual care and support plans

  • Completing relevant records and documentation

  • Working alongside established care teams to provide consistent support

This is NOT domiciliary care. You will be working within established residential and supported living settings rather than travelling between individuals' homes.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for reliable, caring and professional Support Workers who genuinely enjoy supporting others.

Previous experience within health and social care is preferred, and you'll need to be dependable, flexible and comfortable working as part of a wider care team.

Successful applicants will be required to complete our compliance process and relevant pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS where required.

Why Hunts Recruitment?

We're a family-run recruitment agency specialising in Health, Social Care and Education, and we believe agency workers should feel like part of the team not just a name on a rota.

You'll have your own dedicated consultant, support whenever you need us and the flexibility to tell us when you're available to work.

Ready for your next shift?

Apply today and we'll be in touch to discuss your experience, availability and the Support Worker opportunities we currently have across Weymouth.
