HGV Class 1 Driver - MUST HAVE TUG EXPERIENCE

An ongoing opportunity is available for a HGV Class 1 Driver in Hinckley. This role is suited to an experienced driver who is confident carrying out shunting duties and working safely in a busy operational environment. This is a Monday to Friday position starting at 21:00pm and finishing at 07:00am. PAY RATE IS OPEN TO DISCUSSION

Key responsibilities

Carry out HGV Class 1 shunting duties
Manoeuvre vehicles safely and accurately
Position vehicles as required for daily operations
Complete duties in line with site procedures and safe working practices
Maintain a professional and reliable approach throughout each shift

Skills and qualifications

Relevant HGV Class 1 driving entitlement
Previous experience with shunting is required
Confident vehicle manoeuvring skills
A safety-conscious and dependable attitude
Good communication and time-management skills
The ability to work independently and follow instructions
