Building Host – Manchester
Salary: £30,000
We are looking for a Building Host to be the welcoming face of a premium commercial property in central Manchester.
You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for occupiers, visitors and contractors, while helping to ensure the building remains safe, secure, welcoming and professionally presented.
Working alongside the Building Manager and wider on-site team, you'll manage front-of-house services, respond to occupier requests and build strong relationships with those using the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist occupiers, visitors and contractors.
- Manage reception, concierge, meeting and amenity areas.
- Handle visitor access, contractor arrivals and occupier requests.
- Build strong occupier relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with contractors and service partners.
- Carry out daily building checks and maintain presentation standards.
- Support security, emergency procedures and building operations.
- Assist with events and initiatives.
- Use IT systems to record and manage requests.
