A nurturing, inclusive and community-focused school is seeking Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join their KS2 team. The school is preparing for upcoming staffing changes and is looking to build a strong, supportive group of practitioners who can step in as needs arise. As such, start dates are flexible , and the school is open to considering both full-time and part-time availability for the right people.

?? The Role You will play a key part in supporting pupils across Key Stage 2, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and build positive relationships. Your role may include:
Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
Providing small-group or 1:1 support
Helping to create a calm, structured and encouraging learning environment
Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
Contributing to the wider life of a caring school community
