Job description
Commercial Analyst (Junior) - Operations
London Based
A growing global healthcare marketing agency is looking for a Junior Commercial Operations Executive to join their London team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone leaving university, or with 1-2 years into their career who wants real exposure to how a commercial function runs behind the scenes. You'll get stuck into forecasting and reporting, pricing frameworks, CRM data (Salesforce), and support on proposals and pitch decks - working closely with senior directors from day one.
What you'll bring:
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in business analytics or commercial operations
- A degree in Business, Finance, or similar
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, CRM experience a bonus
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in the commercial side of the business
- A proactive, self-starter mindset - comfortable with ambiguity
What's on offer:
- £25,500-£28,000 + twice-yearly bonus
- Hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 from home)
- 25 days holiday + birthday leave + half-day Christmas Eve
- Central London office
This agency works with some of the biggest names in global pharma, combining proprietary technology and AI-powered insights to transform healthcare digital marketing. Great platform to build a career in a fast-paced, global business.

If you think you might be a bit more senior than the title suggests, that's fine - they're open to someone who ticks the boxes with more experience, and title/salary would just be DOE. Please do still apply!
