Representing our brand and values with every interaction, you will embody a standard of excellence in service, professionalism and discretion. This role is integral in setting the tone of the office environment, creating a refined, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality, relationships and professionalism. You will play a pivotal role in upholding the culture and standards of Knights, ensuring every guest experience is delivered with warmth, care and attention to detail – reinforcing our vision to be the leading full service professional services business in the UK regions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client hosting & guest experience – serving as the first point of contact for all guests – delivering a concierge level, seamless service from arrival to departure, including greeting at the door, coat check, refreshments and providing attentive care throughout their visit.
  • Brand representation – embodying the Knights brand through professional presence, personalised service and an unwavering commitment to discretion, hospitality and etiquette.
  • Front of House excellence – maintaining an immaculate, welcoming reception space and client suite ensuring a premium, well curated environment at all times.
  • Event & hospitality delivery – collaboration with the Hospitality & Events team to support internal events, lunches and client meetings delivering food and beverage service with prevision, discretion ad adherence to hygiene best practice.
  • Meeting room management – overseeing the setup, replenishment and readiness of all client-facing meeting rooms, anticipating requirement for longer sessions and managing turnaround with efficiency.
  • Premium office standards – ensuring that all shared spaces -refreshment points, 1759 Lounges, print hubs – are consistently well-stocked, hygienic and presented to the highest standard maintaining a clear desk policy to ensure a premium environment.
  • Supporting new colleagues –with professionalism, support and warmth – providing office orientation, setting up workstations, performing simple IT configurations and general support.
  • Workplace co-ordination – updating seating plans as required and facilitating desk moves with minimal disruption.
  • Daily equipment audits – conducting routine checks of AV equipment, catering appliances and offices systems, reporting issues in line with operational protocols.
  • Operational administration – managing post distribution, co-ordination of couriers through the central Helpdesk team, management of confidential waste notices and auditing stationery levels.
