ECHO Personnel is recruiting a Multi Skilled Production Operative (Warehouse) for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Corby .

Salary:
Starting salary: £34,706 per annum
After successful probation: £40,830 per annum
Working Hours:
42 hours average per week
Panama shift pattern: 06:00 18:00 / 18:00 06:00 , covering 7 days
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations
Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT)
Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followed
Carry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise waste
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement
Complete all required documentation accurately
Requirements:
Valid FLT licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience (essential)
Good standard of IT skills essential (Microsoft packages, emails and in-house stock systems)
Able and motivated to lift loads up to 25kg essential
Good understanding of health & safety and workplace procedures
Ability to work a rotating Panama shift pattern
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
Pivot Steer FLT licence desirable
PPT licence desirable
Previous food production / food manufacturing experience desirable
