Production Operative - Days&Twilight - 20 hrs p/w - Anwick **Free transport from Boston & Lincoln** At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Anwick. This role involves supporting daily production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. Shift patterns:

• 20 hours per week
• Days or Twilight shifts (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-02:00)
• Any 2 days out of 7 Pay rates: * 13.10 GBP hourly Must-have requirements for Production Operative:
• Ability to work day or twilight shifts (06:00-18:00 or 18:00-02:00)
• Commitment to 20 hours per week
• No formal qualifications required Role for Production Operative:
• Process products onto the production line
• Pack products into retail trays and label them
• Use scales to weigh items and stack baskets or pallets
• Trim products using knives and scissors
• Assess product quality against customer specifications
