About the Role
Were seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our office-based team. Youll be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, introducing our services, and booking high-quality sales appointments for our field sales team. Your ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound B2B calls to generate interest

Engage confidently with business owners and decision-makers

Identify customer needs and match them to our solutions

Book qualified sales appointments

Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up activity

Work towards achievable weekly and monthly targets

Confident, clear telephone manner

Positive, resilient attitude

Ability to handle objections professionally

Strong organisational skills

Previous telesales or appointment-setting experience is beneficial but not essential but you must have some phone sales experience
