Production Operative - Grantham
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Grantham. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality, while following site procedures and contributing to smooth operational performance.
Shift patterns:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• 22:00 - 06:00
• Flexible shift pattern
• Part time available (must be 8 hour shifts)

Pay rates:
* 12.95 GBP hourly
Requirements for Production Operative:

• No formal qualifications needed
• Own transport would be an advantage if travelling from outside of Grantham
