Pay, Benefits and more:
Annual salary of £40,716 , guaranteed 50 hours/week, 20 days + bank holidays, 1 in 4 rota, week 1 Sunday to Thursday & week 2-4 Monday to Friday, Overtime paid at enhanced rates , Secure parking via Snap , High Street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension & more. Ongoing training & career development
Your Role:
Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
68 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
Double manning with a porter Overnight cab sharing required
2-4 nights out a week
Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation
Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Full Cat C licence
Valid Digi card & CPC
Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements)
Professional appearance & customer service skills
Bonus (can be completed after probation):
FORs Gold Standard driver training
CSCS Green Labourer card
