Your role You'll provide person-centred care that helps people stay independent and comfortable in their own homes. No two visits are the same, so your day-to-day will be varied and directly meaningful. Xohmjla Typical duties include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care
Helping prepare meals
Supporting with medication (full training given)
Light household duties
Shopping and collecting prescriptions
Encouraging independence and confidence
Building trusted relationships with the people you support

What you'll need A caring, compassionate and patient nature
Good communication skills
Reliability and a professional approach
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential, as the role involves travelling between clients)
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (and confirm right to work in the UK standard for all care roles; adjust or remove if not applicable)
